We are in the preparatory planning stage for the Leominster Medieval Pageant 2019, falling on the 6th of April with additional town activities on 5th April and a medieval style church service on 7th.  There will be a tournament, skirmish, large craft and artisan fair, living history displays, music and dance and procession. The specific theme is to be decided but this is peripheral at the moment.

We would like to hear from anyone who would like to join our organising group or get involved.  Contact David or Jan at Survive & Thrive, 9 Broad Street, Leominster.  We are interested in members who appreciate the value of teamwork, have a get up and go attitude, are open-minded, fun and easy to work with, hate petty politics and bureaucracy and are reliable.  You don’t have to be a history buff, you don’t have to be super-fit or a spring chicken but you do need to care about helping create a vibrant and inclusive Leominster and putting the town back on the map!  If there are any medieval re-enactment groups or performers who would like to participate on a voluntary basis please contact us for an initial chat.
